Carrot Recipe Red Rice Porridge:recipe for your baby


Have you read: Introducing solid foods in infants aged 6 months?

Red Carrot Rice Porridge Ingredients:

* 2 tablespoons brown rice flour
* 100 ml boiled water
* 200 ml milk (2 tablespoons milk formula I dissolved into 200 cc of water)
* 60 g carrots, boiled, mashed

How to Make Red Rice Porridge Carrots:

1. Dissolve brown rice flour into the water, stirring until blended.
2. Cook over low heat until cooked. Add the carrots, stir well. Lift.
3. Pour milk or formula I liquid. Stir until blended.

Serves 2

Carbohydrates: 15.7 g
